Prayer and Fasting

6/25/09 (backdating still) We just got off the phone with one adoption agency. We were speaking to the woman on the speaker phone, and when she told us roughly how much it would be to adopt, Diester writes his thoughts on his paper so that I can see, but so that she cannot hear ~~We need to be realistic~~I know what that means. After being married to him for 16 years, that means that this Russian adoption will just not be an option either. SOOOO, we get off the phone, and I am waiting for the bomb to drop. I ask him, "So, what do you think?" He takes a deep breath and says, "I think we need to fast and pray about this!" This is not the man I married 16 years ago. Someone else is sitting across from me at this very moment. It must be a man of GOD! YES! I am all about seeking God's face! ! ! Thank you God for the man who is my husband!
